Welcome to RepMenu. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from our services.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
We strive to provide accurate product information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
We collect and retain certain information when you use our services. This information is used to improve our services, provide customer support, and for other purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
RepMenu Member costs 4.99 USDC monthly or 47.99 USDC yearly on Base for the current plan versions. Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected calendar frequency until canceled or the wallet authorization expires, is exhausted, or is revoked. Funds remain in your wallet until a valid payment is collected. RepMenu does not hold a prefunded subscriber balance.
You explicitly authorize a bounded USDC allowance to the subscription contract. Before authorization, checkout shows the exact plan, price, network, billing wallet, treasury, maximum USDC amount, number of payments and automatic renewals covered, authorization expiry, and billing calendar terms. Eligible renewals can then execute without a new wallet signature each billing cycle. The contract limits each charge to the authorized plan amount, cadence, cancellation state, and authorization bounds. Initial wallet transactions may require ETH network fees; the merchant executor pays renewal gas.
Billing preserves the original UTC calendar day and time. A short month uses its last valid day and subsequent months return to the original day. A February 29 yearly anniversary uses February 28 in non-leap years and February 29 in leap years. A missed payment does not authorize multiple back-to-back historical charges.
Cancel future renewals in Settings by confirming the on-chain cancellation with your billing wallet. You can also call the subscription contract’s cancellation function directly without cooperation from RepMenu. Once confirmed, cancellation stops future automatic charges. Already-paid access continues through the paid-through date, except where access must be terminated for fraud, abuse, legal, or security reasons. Logging out or disconnecting a wallet does not cancel automatic billing.
You may separately revoke remaining USDC allowance using your wallet or on-chain approval tooling. Revoking allowance prevents collection but does not reverse a payment. A new explicit authorization is required when authorization is exhausted, revoked, or expired. Changes to material billing terms require new consent; changing the public pricing toggle does not change an existing subscription. Plan changes take effect at period end with new authorization, without automatic proration.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Confirmed cryptocurrency and USDC subscription payments are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund or reverse the current paid billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.
