RepMenu is a third-party platform that connects consumers with clothing manufacturers. We do not handle product returns or exchanges directly. RepMenu membership subscriptions are governed by the cryptocurrency payment policy below.
RepMenu serves as a marketplace connecting you with various clothing manufacturers and brands. We do not sell clothing products directly or handle product returns. Membership payments for RepMenu access are separate from manufacturer purchases.
All returns, refunds, and product disputes must be handled directly with the manufacturer or brand from which you purchased. Each manufacturer maintains their own return policies and procedures.
Contact information for each manufacturer is provided on the product page and in your order confirmation. Please reach out to them directly for any issues related to your purchase.
Clothing purchase payments are handled by individual manufacturers or their designated payment processors. RepMenu membership payments use native USDC on Base through a non-custodial subscription contract. Subscriber funds remain in the subscriber’s wallet until a valid authorized charge executes.
Confirmed cryptocurrency and USDC membership subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible; cancellation cannot technically reverse a confirmed on-chain transaction.
Current plan versions charge 4.99 USDC monthly or 47.99 USDC yearly. Membership automatically renews at the selected frequency while the bounded wallet authorization remains valid. Checkout discloses the maximum approved USDC amount, covered payments and renewals, and expiry before you authorize. Renewals are constrained by the contract’s plan price, cadence, authorization limits, and cancellation state. New explicit authorization is required after the current authorization expires, is revoked, or is exhausted.
Cancel future automatic renewals from Settings by confirming the on-chain cancellation, or cancel directly through the subscription contract. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund or reverse the current paid billing period. Access remains available through the applicable paid-through date unless terminated for fraud, abuse, legal, or security reasons under our Terms. Disconnecting your wallet or logging out does not cancel a subscription.
You may separately revoke the remaining USDC token allowance through your wallet or on-chain approval tooling. Application cancellation stops future contract charges once confirmed even if allowance remains. See our Terms of Service for automatic-renewal and cancellation details.
